Seat 41A exists to create a space for leadership development, information sharing, storytelling, and connection about the issues that affect our lives as MSC officers.
Our Mission
The Seat 41A podcasters (Chris, Manoj, and Greg) are delivering an online platform to interact with other hospital administrators in the Air Force and beyond. They are having authentic discussions about leadership, books, and current events amongst themselves and with guests at all levels of the organization. Through monthly episodes and special content, Seat 41A is creating a space for leadership development, information sharing, storytelling, and connection about the issues that affect our lives as MSC officers.
Our History
We started playing golf together while all three of us were stationed in England. After moving on to new parts of the world we started meeting via Zoom to discuss books, baseball and of course work. Manoj suggested we start recording our conversations and Seat41A was born!
